Job Description

Role:
Portrait is on a mission to recruit 1,000 senior healthcare professionals. The mandate of the Head of Growth is to further our mission of empowering healthcare providers to launch their own practices starting with aesthetic dermatology. The Head of Growth will set the overall strategy to introduce the Portrait offering to senior healthcare professionals nationwide. This successful hire will have a proven track record of standing up marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically position company and brand with a community-based approach. Execute initiatives to support, including social, influencer marketing, and local events.
  • Own marketing budget and programs
  • Develop multi-channel strategy to drive demand through online initiatives (SEO, performance marketing, content marketing, PR)
  • Build demand gen engine and funnel to generate and score high-quality MQLs of dermatology providers (doctores, nurses)
  • Support sales team with strategic positioning and marketing materials
  • Develop segmentation and personalization strategies that deliver the right message to the right dermatology provider at the right time
  • Drive website design for lead capture and reflecting our brand vision
  • Hire and lead a team of marketers that are able create content, positioning and campaigns that drive brand growth

Preferred Experience

  • 7+ years of experience
  • Passion for working with people and entrepreneurs to build their own businesses
  • Experience leading product or growth teams for consumer and/or marketplace businesses
  • Experience driving multi-channel growth initiatives (marketing, sales, partnerships and in-product)
  • Experience managing and leading teams to drive results
  • B2B2C Experience (big plus)
  • Experience maintaining and managing HubSpot
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience defining metrics and making product and strategic decisions based on multi-variate testing and/or qualitative feedback
  • Experience with Business Intelligence platforms such as Tableau
  • Experience with marketing automation and attribution
  • Nice to have: Healthcare or health-tech experience
